What does it actually cost?
Honest pricing for serious documents. We don't publish a single fixed rate because the work isn't fixed — but we will give you a firm written quote within two business hours.
Five factors. Nothing hidden.
Subject matter
A medical study, a legal contract and an advertising script use entirely different specialists. Legal & medical sit at the top of the rate sheet; general at the bottom.
Language pair
Arabic↔English is our most efficient pair. Less common pairs (Arabic↔Chinese, Arabic↔Japanese) require sourcing specialist translators and cost more.
Volume & format
Long projects unlock volume discounts. Scanned, hand-written or poorly-OCR’d sources require pre-processing and cost more than clean digital text.
Turnaround
Standard (3 business days) is our default rate. 24-hour rush adds 35%. Multi-week schedules earn a discount.
Certification
Simple translation is the base rate. Certified and notarized translations add fixed amounts per document.
Three tiers. One standard of quality.

Indicative ranges. Final pricing depends on the actual document — that's why we always quote in writing first.
